Quick Image V2

This is my second version of image resizer..

I learnt plenty since than

and im only doing it as a learning tool for me

Some people may find it useful    i assume.

I myself use it from time to time for quick resizing  Images..

or balancing multiple  images at once.

I might make a more  serious  graphic editing tool

but this was fun making and its enough  for what I need now

any suggestions will be  welcomed
